Prior to joining Bessemer, Caty began her career at McKinsey & Company where she focused on advising tech companies as well as leading digital transformations for finance and insurance companies. She has worked on the investment teams at Rough Draft Ventures and BBG Ventures. Most recently, she was an investor focused on Series A through pre-IPO investments with Highland Capital Partners.
Caty earned her MBA from Harvard Business School with honors and B.A. from Harvard College. In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, running, reading, and golf.
